New in PROQOLID™: information on COAs' electronic versions

Being fully aware of the exponential use and need for electronic versions of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), Mapi Research Trust is happy to announce that the ePROVIDE platform will progressively include an e-Version section to the COAs descriptive webpages in PROQOLID™.

The e-Version section displays information on:

• Conditions of Use (in addition to the paper version’s, if applicable)
• Conditions to Implement in Electronic Applications
• e-Booklet Information (guidelines for the development of certified electronic versions based on authors/copyright holder’s requirements and eCOA best practices)
• Available Original Electronic Versions Certified for eCOA Library Use (list of existing eCOAs)

Next steps

Having now included an e-Version section for all COAs distributed by Mapi Research Trust for which an e-Booklet has been developed, our team is working on progressively updating the whole PROQOLID™ database with this new level of information.

To ensure the e-version information in PROQOLID™ is accurate and up-to-date, Mapi Research Trust’s team performs a review every two weeks to update existing information and add new content.
